The Glue

I grew up in church and knew all the memory verses by heart, but it didn't become real to me until I was completely broken and I cried out for help. I have been praying for God to show me a verse to share with you, but honestly it wasn't a verse that helped me. There are so many great verses and I am not saying that I don't think that you need them, but I am saying that a relationship with God just starts with a hunger to know Him. A simple prayer is all it takes.

"Lord, help me. Take over my life. Show me the truth"

That is what I prayed when Jesus took my problems into his hands and I began the road of healing. If you are hurting or feel like something is missing from your life, seek Him and He will reveal himself to you.
